At Safer Hands, we’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to join our team and help guide vulnerable young people as they transition toward independence. In this role, you’ll provide day-to-day support within our supported accommodation—offering structure, stability, and a safe space where young people can grow.
From building trust through daily check-ins, to helping a young person attend their first college interview, your presence matters. You’ll be a role model, a safe adult, and sometimes the one constant in a young person’s unpredictable world.
